Polly the parrot provides forecasts of the Republican share of the two-party vote.

Her procedure is to combine predictions derived from four forecasting methods:

  1. Combined and damped election polls
  2. Forecasts by a panel of American political experts
  3. Predictions from the Iowa Electronic Market
  4. Quantitative models
